ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the petitioner had attained the age of superannuation. If the petitioner has not received the salary attached to the post, he is permitted to make a representation to the respondents within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate thereon within a period of four weeks thereafter.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
