HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.517 of 2016 ORDER:

1. This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.29771 of 2015 dated 14.09.2015. 2.

This Court, while disposing of W.P.No.29771 of 2015 on 14.09.2015, directed the respondents to fix the pay of the petitioner in the pay scale of driver and pay him the salary for the interregnum period from 04.08.2010 to 12.05.2011 within a period of two months. 3.

When the Contempt Case is taken up for consideration, the learned Counsel for the respondents produced before this Court a copy of the proceedings dated 04.07.2016 issued by the 2nd respondent directing the 3rd respondent to arrange payment of salary to the petitioner for the period from 04.08.2010 to 12.05.2011. Accordingly, the salary was paid to the petitioner and the petitioner acknowledged the same on 21.07.2016.

In view of the same, nothing survives for consideration in the present Contempt Case.

5. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. However, this order will not prevent the petitioner from submitting a representation to the respondents if there is any dispute with regard to the quantum of amount and the respondents shall consider the same and make arrangement for payment of the difference amount, if any, to the petitioner. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
