THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTI CE KONGARA VI JAYA LAKSHMI Writ Petition No.4725 of 2015 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in harassing by interfering with the business of the petitioner in black jaggery and alum running under valid licence and also seizing the jaggery and alum even after production of bills and way bills. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Government Pleader produced a copy of letter dated 02.03.2015 addressed by the Prohibition and Excise Inspector, Suryapet, Nalgonda District, stating that they are not interfering with the business of the petitioner nor seizing the black jaggery.

In view of the categorical statement made by the Prohibition and Excise Inspector that they are not interfering with the business of the petitioner nor seizing the black jaggery, no further orders are necessary in the Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
