Chandrasen Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, would state that in the event the application filed by his clients under Section 17 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, has been withdrawn, liberty may be given to them to seek restoration of this writ petition. Subject to this request, learned counsel would seek leave to withdraw this writ petition.

Sri Y.N. Vivekananda, learned counsel for the respondent Corporation, would inform this Court that the auction notice dated 29.01.2014 failed to materialize in a sale for want of bidders and pointed out that it would always be open to the petitioners to raise all such pleas as are available to them in law in the event a fresh auction notice is issued.

Reserving liberty to the petitioners to avail such remedies as are available to them in law, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
