THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No.1407 of 2015 ORDER:

This contempt case was instituted alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 13.03.2015 passed in W.V.M.P.No.1075 of 2012 and W.P.M.P.No.2764 of 2012 in W.P.No.2221 of 2012. 2.

By order dated 22.02.2012 passed in W.P.M.P.No.2764 of 2012 filed in W.P.No.2221 of 2012, the authorities were directed to allow the petitioner to retire from service from the post of Record Assistant in Agarwal (B) Junior College for Boys, Chikkadapaly, Hyderabad, by suspending the operation of the proceedings dated 04.06.2011 issued by the said college.

W.V.M.P.No.1075 of 2012 was filed by the education authorities of the State to vacate the said order. By the order dated 13.03.2015 passed in the said vacate petition and miscellaneous petition, the interim order dated 22.02.2012 was made absolute.

The Government Pleader for Education would now inform this Court that the Government of Telangana issued G.O.Rt.No.38 dated 17.04.2019 in compliance with the aforestated order and directed the Commissioner of Intermediate Education, State of Telangana, to take necessary action for releasing the retirement benefits of the petitioner. A copy of this Government Order was also communicated by the Commissioner of Intermediate Education, Government of Telangana, under proceedings dated 09.05.2019, not only to the petitioner but also to the college concerned.

In the light of this development, the order has been complied with. 6.

The contempt case is accordingly closed. I.A.No.1 of 2015 (C.A.No.1201 of 2015) shall also stand closed. No order as to costs. _______________________ SANJAY KUMAR, J Date:16.08.2019 GJ
