THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No. 25 of 2016 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order, dated 12.11.2014, passed in W.P.No.12068 of 2006. Pursuant to the direction issued by this Court on 02.09.2016, the Advocate Commissioner submitted his report. As per the said report, the disputed site width is 6.15 meters and length is 7.60 meters, but the construction was made only in 4.9 meters width and 3.20 meters length. The unauthorised construction to an extent of 3.20 meters width and 1.60 meters length was demolished by the authorities.

In view of the above and in the absence of existence of any unauthorised construction, the proceedings in the contempt case are dropped.

The contempt case is accordingly closed.
