THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No. 131 OF 2017 O R D E R :

Deliberate and intentional violation of the order dated 12.04.2016 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 12032 of 2016 has forced the petitioner to initiate the contempt proceedings.

Today, it has been represented across the Bar that the order complained of in this case is complied with.

Recording the same, the Contempt Case stands closed. No costs.

The miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand closed.
