ORDER

This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioners/A1, A4 to A6 seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.61 of 2016 of Tenali II Town Police Station, Guntur District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 323, 290 r/w 34 IPC, against them.

It is alleged in the complaint that prior to 09.04.2016 at Lecturers Colony, Ganganammapet, Tenali, A1 to A5 made a false registration vide No.2866/2015 and cheated the complainant by concealing the previous registration of the same land and A5 and A6 also attacked the son of the complainant when he entered into the alleged land. Based on the complaint, the aforesaid crime was registered against the accused.

3. Since the matter arising out of civil dispute, it has to be decided after full fledged trial. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned proceedings. However, the concerned police are directed to complete the investigation without arresting the petitioners/A1, A4 to A6 and file a final report, if any, in accordance with law. The petitioners herein are directed to appear before the investigating agency as and when required and cooperate with the investigating agency.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
