THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.776 OF 2017 ORDER:

Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby to direct the Senior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri, Guntur District, to dispose of I.A.No.1856 of 2016 in O.S No.80 of 2016.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Keeping in view the averments made in the instant petition and the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, I hereby direct the Principal Senior Civil Judge, who is now FAC of Senior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri, Guntur District, to dispose of I.A.No.1856 of 2016 in O.S No.80 of 2016, as expeditiously, as possible, preferably, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
