HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.19316 OF 2002 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 1st respondent in rejecting the claim for regularisation of services of the petitioner as arbitrary and illegal, and consequently, to set aside the same, and to direct respondents Nos.1 and 2 to pass orders by ratifying the regularisation orders of the 4th respondent vide Rc.E1/217/96, dated 9.11.2000 and to pay the salary by fixing the pay scale attached to the post. When this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel reported that the services of the petitioner were regularized vide proceedings issued in March, 2014 with effect from 21.9.2004, and in view of the same, the cause in this writ petition does not survive.
