Leaned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the dispute in the suit was settled before the Lok Adalat by Award dated 06.10.2017, hence, the cause in the revision petition does not survive for adjudication.

Recording the said submission, the revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
