Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents not to interfere with the possession of the petitioners in respect of lands situated in Survey Nos.103/ 11, 103/ 12, 103/ 13, 103/ 14, 103/ 15, 103/ 16, 103/ 17, 103/ 18, 103/ 19, 103/ 20/ 1 and 103/ 20/ 2 total admeasuring Acs.105.04 guntas situated at Bandlaguda Village and Mandal, Hyderabad District.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer seeking a direction to respondent No.7 to consider the representation dated 01.11.2016 made by the GPA and agreement holder of the petitioners, requesting the authorities not to entertain any sale deeds submitted for registration in respect of the above mentioned lands, in view of judgment of the Civil Court in O.S.No.1324 of 2014. 5.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that such a representation would be considered provided the same is maintainable.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.7-District Registrar to consider the representation dated 01.11.2016 in accordance with law, as early as possible, after hearing the petitioners and also the aggrieved persons, if any. The authorities shall also decide whether such a request made by the GPA and agreement holder of the petitioners can be considered, before dealing with the matter on merits. 7.
