No. 14907 of 2018 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) The learned counsel for the petitioner, after advancing some arguments, has sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file complaint / appeal before the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission of Telangana, Hyderabad (for brevity " State Commission" ).

Permission is granted.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as having been withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. It is made clear that if an application seeking stay is filed by the petitioner along with the compliant, the State Commission shall consider the application for stay before taking final decision on the complaint / appeal that may be filed by the petitioner. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
