THE HON'BLE SMT.JUSTICE G.ANUPAMA CHAKRAVARTHY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.4412 OF 2022 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 read with Section 440(2) of Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.) to relax the condition of paying surety amount i.e. to reduce the surety amount from Rs.5,00,000/- to Rs.25,000/-.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Solicitor General of India. Perused the record. 3.
On perusal of the record, it is evident that the trial Court has passed an order in Crl.M.P.No.1137 of 2022, dated 30.04.2022 while enlarging the petitioner on bail with a condition that he shall execute a personal bond for Rs.5,00,000/- with two sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of that Court and out of two sureties one surety must be a close relative of the petitioner/accused. Now the present petition is filed only to relax/reduce the surety amount mentioned in the first clause of the bail order conditions.

In the similar case this Court has passed an order vide Criminal Petition No.2186 of 2022 dated 10.03.2022 while relaxing the condition of payment of surety amount by reducing it from Rs.5,00,000/- to Rs.25,000/-. Accordingly, considering the said fact this petition deserves to be allowed. 5.
In the result, this petition is allowed modifying the surety amount i.e.
reducing the surety amount from Rs.5,00,000/- to Rs.25,000/- as ordered in Crl.M.P.No.1137 of 2022, dated 30.04.2022 on the file of the Special Judge for Economic Offences at Hyderabad.
As a sequel, interlocutory applications, if any pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
