Bhosale) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. H. Venugopal, leaned Government Pleader for Home for respondent Nos. 1 and 3. Mr. H. Venugopal, learned Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that these respondents are performing Dhoopa Deepa Naivedyam at Sri Durga Malleswara Swamy temple situated at SPF Training Academy, Ameenpur Village, Patancheru Mandal, Medak District, regularly.

In view of the submission made on behalf of the respondents, Mr. Ravishankar Jandhyala, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press this writ petition.
