Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners had cleared all the loans payable to the 3rd respondent-Gandepalli Primary Agricultural Co-operative Credit Society Limited, Gandepalli, East Godavari District and that no further orders are necessary.

Recording the said submission, all the Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
