ORDER:

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner and agreed to by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents that the issue raised in this Writ

Petition is squarely covered by the decision of this Court dated 26.8.2015 rendered in Writ Petition No.37713 of 2014 and Batch, wherein this Court directed the respondents to install pre-paid meters to all the HT Consumers who require the supply through a pre-paid meter, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of said order and till such time, the petitioners shall pay half of the additional consumption deposit amount demanded by the respondents which shall be refunded to the petitioners as soon as the pre-paid meters are installed. Following the aforesaid decision of this Court dated 26.8.2015 rendered in Writ Petition No. 37713 of 2014 and Batch, and for the reasons stated therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms thereof. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs. --------------------------------------------------- JUSTICE A.
