HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.No.40583 of 2012 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed with the following prayer:- To issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, order or directiona) declaring the attempt of the respondent No.3 to grab the ancestral property of the petitioner bearing M.C.H.No.20-5-350/2 and 20-5-343 Shah Ali Banda, Shakar Gunj, Hyderabad as illegal and arbitrary.

b) To direct the respondent No.1 to issue T.S.L.R. extract sketch in respect of the petitioner's property bearing M.C.H.

No.20-5-350/2 and 20-5-343 Shah Ali Banda, Shakar Gunj, Hyderabad. c) To direct the respondent No.2 to demarcate the petitioner's property bearing M.C.H.No.20-5-350/2 and 20-5-343 shah Ali Banda, Shakar Gunj, Hyderabad. d) And consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to follow due process of law. A reading of the writ affidavit goes to show that several suits are filed and criminal proceedings are initiated regarding subject property and it goes to show that there are civil disputes between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent. These disputed questions of fact cannot be gone in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, it is open for the petitioner to agitate his rights through proper forum.
