THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.14734 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief: "to issue a writ or order more particularly one in the nature writ of mandamus or an appropriate writ or order declaring the inaction of the 4th respondent in not giving the permissions to the petitioners to construct the compound wall to their house site plots No's.194 and 195 respectively situated in Survey No's.259/3, 259/4, 259/5, 259/7, 260/2, 260/3, 26018, 261/1, 261/3, 26114 and 262/8 situated at Bowrampet Village, Gandemaisamma Mandal, Medchal District is illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the 4th respondent to issue the permissions to construct the compound wall around the petitioners plots."

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

The grievance of the petitioners in the present Writ Petition is non-consideration of their application for permission to construct a compound wall to their house site Plot Nos.194 and 195 respectively in survey Nos.259/3, 259/4, 259/5, 259/7, 260/2, 260/3, 260/8, 261/1, 261/3, 261/4 and 262/8 situated at Bowrampet Village, Gandemaisamma Mandal, Medchal District. 4.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners herein have submitted a representation for redressal of their grievance and no action has been taken so far.

On the other hand, it is submitted by learned Government Pleader that if the petitioners herein makes an application afresh, the same will be considered in accordance with law. 6.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, keeping it open for the petitioners herein to submit a representation afresh, within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if any such representation is made, the same be considered in accordance with law, within a period of four (04) weeks thereafter.
