This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 1st respondent in not reverting the petitioner from Lecturer in Public Administration to her original/substantive post of Junior Lecturer in Civics on par with similarly situated candidates inspite of representation made by the petitioner on 19.01.2018, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently declare that the petitioner is eligible for seeking reversion from Lecturer in Public Administration to her original/substantive post of Junior Lecturer in Civics with all consequential benefits attached to the said post.
The case of the petitioner is that she was promoted as Lecturer in Public Administration on 30.07.2016 by the 1st respondent and she also joined in the promotion post at Kakatiya Government College, Hanamkonda, Warangal Urban District on 31.07.2016. But, due to certain domestic reasons the petitioner made representation to the 1st respondent to revert her to her original/substantive post of Junior Lecturer in Civics on 19.01.2018, but till today, no orders are passed. Aggrieved by the same present writ petition is filed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have considered the case of one similarly situated person i.e. V.Venkateshwarlu, and reverted him to his
original/substantive post of Junior Lecturer in Commerce on his request vide proceedings in Rc.No.20/Ser.II-1/2017-2, dated 25.02.2017.

Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the respondents are directed to consider the application of petitioner dated 19.01.2018, in accordance with law by taking into consideration the proceedings of the 1st respondent vide Rc.No.20/Ser.II-1/2017-2, dated 25.02.2017, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
