Heard the Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. The petitioner prays for mandamus declaring the action of respondents as malafide in not providing house site pattas to the slum dwellers residing in and around of the land admeasuring 3000 sq.yards in Sy.No.74/1 at Hazarath Kakishanagar, Gun Bazar, Rasulpura, Secunderabad, as illegal and unconstitutional. Keeping in view the nature of prayer and also with the passage of time, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is not interested in working out the prayer.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for default. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
