Heard Sri K.Raghuveer Reddy, learned counsel for appellant/ defendant No.1 and Sri Pratap Narayan Sanghi, learned counsel for respondent/ plaintiff and perused the record. 2) In the course of submissions it is brought to the notice of this Court that both parties have compromised the subject matter of the appeal and filed memo vide CCCA USR No. 11088/ 2019 dated 27.02.2019 wherein the respondent/ plaintiff agreed to take northern portion and the appellant/ defendant agreed to take southern portion. The dividing wall in between the two portions shall be the common wall of both the parties. Whatever the fixtures and fittings available in the subject portions i.e, northern and southern, would exclusively belong to the parties concerned.

3) Under these circumstances, the appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise memo dated 27.02.2019. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
