JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.20162 OF 2016 O R D E R (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Sri Palle Nageswar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, upon being apprised by Sri B.V. Uma Shankar, learned standing counsel for the respondent bank, of the law laid down by the Supreme Court as regards the maintainability of a writ petition against a demand notice issued under Section 13(2) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to raise its grievance, if any, at the appropriate stage before the proper forum. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty afore-stated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
