HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.649 of 2012 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 23.12.2011 in I.A.No.2837 of 2011 in O.S.No.228 of 2005 on the file of the Court of I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Tanuku.

As per the office note, the suit O.S.No.228 of 2005 was dismissed without costs on 01.08.2012. No representation on behalf of the petitioners on 17.03.2017 and today also none appeared for the petitioners, even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'.
