THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.4741 of 2022 ORDER:

This Application has been filed seeking relaxation of the bail conditions imposed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Warangal in Crl.MP.No.305 of 2022 in Crime No.10 of 2021, dt.25.04.2022, whereunder while granting bail to the petitioners/A2 & A3, they were directed to execute personal bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- each with two sureties of like sum each.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/A2 & A3, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

Bail was granted to the petitioners/A2 & A3 on 25.04.2022, however, due to incapacity of the petitioners/A2 & A3 to furnish sureties for bail, they are still languishing in the jail. In the said circumstances, this Court is inclined to reduce the surety amount to Rs.25,000/-. The other conditions imposed by the trial Court remain unaltered.
