THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.4463 of 2006 ORDER:

It is represented by the learned Counsel for the petitioners that he has no instructions to appear in the matter.

This Writ Petition was filed by the General Power of Attorney holder of the petitioners challenging the proposed action of the respondents in forcibly acquiring the property of the petitioners bearing Plot No.3 in Survey No.64 admeasuring 247 square yards situated at Gachibowli Village, Serilingampally Mandal in Ranga Reddy District without invoking the provisions of the Land Acquisition Act. A counter affidavit is filed stating that on the requisition of the Commissioner of Police, the Collector, Ranga Reddy District, issued a notification under Section 4(1) and declaration under Section 6 of the Land Acquisition Act and possession of the land of an extent of Ac.0.24 guntas in Survey No.64 in which the petitioners are claiming their plots, was handed over and the Commissioner of Police is in possession of the said land. Since appropriate notification and declaration were issued under the provisions of the Land Acquisition Act,

the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive, and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________________ (A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J) 16.11.2016 vs
