SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CONTEMPT CASE NO.587 OF 2016 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Sri K.R.K.V. Prasad, Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of this Court, violation of which is alleged in the contempt case, has since been complied albeit after the contempt case was filed. While there appears to have been an initial non-compliance on the part of the respondent, they have later withdrawn the memo issued earlier and have thereby purged themselves of contempt. The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed.
