This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/Accused, under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to quash F.I.R.No.189 of 2013 on the file of Abids Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 of I.P.C.

The learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana representing respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the investigating agency had completed the investigation and filed the charge-sheet before the Court concerned and the calendar case was registered as C.C.No.610 of 2016. In that view of the matter, the question of quashing the FIR does not arise at this stage. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
