This petition is filed, by the petitioner-accused No.2, under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.52 of 2009 on the file of the Station House Officer, Tandur Police Station, Adilabad District.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
