This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C") seeking regular bail to the petitioner who is arrayed as Accused No.1 in Crime No.326 of 2021 on the file of Falaknuma Police Station, Hyderabad registered for the offence punishable under Section 8(c) read with Section 20(b) and Section 27 of NDPS Act. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charge sheet is already filed and numbered as SC No.141 of 2022 and he intends to move for bail in 0the changed circumstances.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed off. 4.
