The respondents have filed counter affidavit stating that the alleged detenu has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 116 of 2015, and at present, he is in judicial custody. In view thereof, in our opinion, nothing further survives in the instant writ petition.

The writ petition is disposed of as rendered infructuous. Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed.
