HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.38144 of 2016 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Government Pleader for revenue. With consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.4 in issuing notice bearing Rc.No.A5/ 2670/ 2015, dated 16.09.2016 but failing to conduct the survey, demarcation and fixing the boundaries in respect of land admeasuring Ac.0.31 gts. in Sy.No.157 situated at Pedda Amberpet Village, Hayathnagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal, arbitrary and unjust; and consequently direct the respondent authorities to conduct survey and fix the boundaries in respect of the above said land. 3) Learned counsel for the petitioner mainly submits that though a notice was issued on 16.09.2016 by fixing the date for conducting survey on 28.09.2016 till date the authorities failed to conduct survey of the said land.

4) Government Pleader for Revenue submits that a direction may be issued to conduct the survey.

5) Having regard to the submissions made, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.4 to conduct survey as contemplated in the notice dated 16.09.2016 as early as possible,

preferably, within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. There shall be no order as to costs.

6) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
