Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that subsequent to the filing of the Writ Petition, F.I.R. has been registered and as such, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive and hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
