ORDER

This contempt case is filed complaining wilful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the order dated 13.03.2019 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in W.P.No.5112 of 2019.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Services-III appearing for the respondents reported that in pursuance of the order dated 13.03.2019 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in W.P.No.5112 of 2019, the respondents have considered the cases of the petitioners and rejected vide proceedings dated 07.11.2019.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not dispute the same.

In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioners to challenge the rejection order dated 07.11.2019, in accordance with law. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
