The overzealous attitude of the petitioner is reflected in filing this writ petition alleging inaction on the part of respondent No.2 in taking action against illegal constructions by respondent Nos.3 and 4, from the fact that without giving sufficient time to respondent No.2 to take further steps in pursuance of the notice issued by it on 16.11.2015 he has rushed to this Court.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P. No.49732 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
