This Transfer Criminal Petition is filed to transfer DVC.No. 1 of 2017 from the file of the Court of XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy district at L.B. Nagar and transfer the same to the Court of III-Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad or any other Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Hyderabad.

2. On 02/06/2017, there was no representation for both sides. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
