The Counsel for petitioners report that petitioner No.2 is no more and seek permission to withdraw this Criminal Petition in respect of petitioner No.1. Accordingly, the same is endorsed by the Counsel for petitioner on the Criminal Petition bundle. Permission is accorded in so far as petitioner No.1 is concerned. Hence, Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn in respect of petitioner No.1 only. Interim stay granted on 30-3-2011 stands vacated. With regard to petitioner No.2-accused No.3 is concerned, Criminal Petition stands abate. 2.
