HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.93 OF 2017 O R D E R :

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the order dated 23.08.2016 passed by this Court in WP.No.27630 of 2016, wherein this Court directed the 3rd respondent-Tahasildar, Mundlamuru Mandal, Prakasam District, to dispose of the application of the petitioner filed under Form VI A of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, in accordance with law.

Counter is filed stating that in compliance with the orders passed by this Court, petitioner was issued notice and after conducting enquiry, order vide Endorsement No.Rc.B/586/2016, dated 09.02.2017, was passed rejecting the application of the petitioner.

In view of the above, I do not see any violation of the order dated 23.08.2016 passed by this Court. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order vide Endorsement No.Rc.B/586/2016, dated 09.02.2017. No order as to costs.
