This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 16.06.2012 in I.A.No.126 of 2012 in O.S.No.29 of 2008 on the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge at Nagarkurnool.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the civil revision petition and a letter was also filed in the Registry to that effect. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
