THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.17841 of 2009 ORDER:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the proceedings of the first respondent dated 13.07.2009 in withdrawing the recognition granted to the D.Ed course run by the petitioner institution from the academic year 2009-2011.

This Court, by order dated 07.09.2009, by taking into consideration the proceedings issued by the Director of School Education according affiliation to 72 colleges including the petitioner, directed inclusion of the college for admission for the purpose of counseling. However, the withdrawal of the order of recognition was not suspended.

In view of the same and also in view of the new Regulations framed by the National Council for Teacher Education dated 28.11.2014, it is open to the petitioner to apply afresh in accordance with the new Regulations.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
