THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.3449 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioners challenging the Notice No.G-..../ACP17/GHMC/2017, dated 23.01.2017 issued by the 4th respondent-Assistant City Planner, GHMC, Malkajgiri, Circle-17, Hyderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the 4th respondent has filed an additional counter affidavit stating that the impugned orders passed by him have been withdrawn. This as aspect of the matter is confirmed by the learned Standing Counsel Sri Chatla Madhu, as well. In the light of the submissions made by both the learned counsel, this Writ Petition is closed, as no further orders are required to be made.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed. No costs.
