THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T. AMARNATH GOUD CRIMINAL PETITION No.6320 of 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in Crime No.232 of 2016 of Central Crime Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 IPC.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the material on record.

The allegations levelled against the petitioner are grave in nature. The investigation is still in progress and hence, if the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail, there is every possibility of their causing hindrance in the investigation and tampering the evidence. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.
