HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT & HON'BLE DR JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER W.P. No. 11618 of 2017 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

" ....to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to implementing the order dated 26.04.2016 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad in O.A.No. 1508 of 2016 for implementing the ensuing counseling of transfers conducted in May/ June."

This Court, on 27.04.2017, made the following order: " Learned Assistant Government Pleader states that the counseling is yet to be taken up and undertakes that as and when it is taken up, the case of the petitioner would be considered in terms of the order passed by the Tribunal."

The learned Government Pleader for Services appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 4 submits that till date counseling has not taken place and he has assured that as and when the exercise of counseling takes place, the case of the petitioner would be considered in terms of the order dated 26.04.2016 passed in O.A.No. 1508 of 2016.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.1 to 4 to consider the case of the petitioner in terms of the order dated 26.04.2016

SKK,J & Dr.SA,J WP_11618_2017 passed by the Tribunal in O.A.No. 1508 of 2016 as and when counseling is conducted. No order as to costs. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
