HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 15952 of 2002 ORDER:
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is challenging the amendment made to Regulation 9 (1) (a) of the APSRTC Employees (Pay and Allowances) Regulations, 1964 and this Court was pleased to grant interim directions on 26.08.2002 in WPMP No.20020 of 2002 and in view of the interim directions, no further orders are necessary. Learned standing counsel for the respondents has not disputed the fact of passing of interim directions and contended that in view of the interim directions, no further orders are necessary. In view of the above said submissions, the writ petition is closed.
