The case of the petitioner is that his mother expired on 21.12.2009 while working as Staff Nurse at Government District Hospital, Karimnagar, and as such he made representation dated 29.01.2018, requesting compassionate appointment to the 1st respondent. As the same is not being disposed of, present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

Since it is stated that representation submitted by the petitioner is pending before the 1st respondent, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the competent authority to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, in accordance with Rules. No order as to costs.
