This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent-Additional Agent to Government of Telangana State-cum-Project Director, ITDA, Adilabad Head Quarters, Utnoor, Adilabad District., to dispose of the suit expeditiously pursuant to the transfer of O.S.No.376 of 2009 on the file of Additional Senior Civil Judge (FTC) at Luxettipet, Adilabad District, dated 08.10.2015, received by him on 17.10.2015 by fixing an early date of hearing.

Heard the arguments of learned counsel for the petitioners, and the learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare. 3.

In the light of the submissions made, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the suit O.S.No.376 of 2009 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
