This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner/A.1, to quash the proceedings in Crime No.25 of 2018 on the file of Madikonda Police Station, Warangal Commissionerate, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 447, 427, 506 read with 34 of I.P.C.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/A.1, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the 1st respondent-State and perused the record.

During the course of hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that charge-sheet is already filed before the Magistrate concerned, in this case.

Under these circumstances, the petitioner/A.1 is at liberty to work out the remedies available under law.

With the above observation, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
