Aggrieved by the inaction of respondents 4 and 5 - police authorities, in registering the complaints lodged by the petitioner on 9.5.2019, 17.06.2019 and 22.06.2019, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home by produced written instructions of Sub Inspector of Police, Bahadurpura Police Station, Hyderabad City dated 13.08.2019, stating that on the allegations of the petitioner already a case was registered and hence no action was taken on his complaints, as two crimes cannot be registered for a single incident and notice was sent to the petitioner through registered post on 13.08.2019 informing the same.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Recording the above statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
