CVNR, J & GSP, J Wa.No.231 of 2008 Dated:07.9.2017 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Appeal is filed against order, dated 10.10.2007, to the extent it relates to Writ Petition No.34207 of 1997. At the hearing, Mr. Meherchand Nori, learned counsel for the appellant, submitted that Writ Appeal No.227 of 2008 filed against one of the Writ Petitions in which common order was passed, against which the present Writ Appeal is filed, was dismissed by order, dated 31.8.2017 by Division Bench-I. He has, therefore, fairly submitted that following the said order, this Writ Appeal is also liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, this Writ Appeal is dismissed in terms of order, dated 31.8.2017, in Writ Appeal No.227 of 2008 with the direction that the reasons contained thereon shall form part of this order.

As a sequel, interim order, dated 04.8.2009, in WAMP.No.3400 of 2008 is vacated and the said application stands dismissed as infructuous.
