51 of 2003 on the file of the Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad dated 10-10-2013 confirming the orders made in Crl.MP.No.2117 of 2012 in C.C.No.15 of 2011 dated 18-04-2013 on the file of the XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, at Cyberabad, L.B. Nagar and acquit the petitioners/Accused Nos. 1 and 2 by discharging them. This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri E. V. S. S. Acharyulu, Advocate for the Petitioners and the Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent.

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to set aside the order dated '10.10.2013 in Crl.R.P.No.51 of 2013 on the file of Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad, L.B.Nagar, confirming the order dated 18.04.2013 in Crl.M.P.No.21 17 of 2012 in C.C.No.15 of 2011 on the file of XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, L.B.Nagar. 2.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the criminal petition has become infructuous as the petitioners/A1 and A2 were acquitted on 30.01.2016. 3.

ln that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand dismissed.
